A utility pole on West College Street snapped Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 20. It was located adjacent to the Swinger Realtor office, across from Pizza Hut.Marshall Municipal Utilities was called out to the site shortly after 1 p.m. when a caller stated the pole was blocking the roadway.
