As of 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 21, the front of what is commonly referred to as “the old hospital” had been razed and crews were still at work. The building on South Brunswick Avenue was the original Fitzgibbon Hospital, but has since had approximately three different owners before the city of Marshall purchased it for demolition.
