Stephen Wilson Harris, 67, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, at his home in rural Miami, Mo.

Born Aug. 23, 1954, he was the son of the late Leland H. Harris and Nell Jane Wilson Harris. Steve graduated from Slater High School in 1972 and joined the family farming business. He was a wonderful dad and grandfather who always carried a smile.

Survivors include his daughter, Megan Harris (Andy); and Janice and their children, Scott (Andrea), Sam (Lacey), Elizabeth (Aaron), and Christine (Jason). Steve loved spending time with his grandkids, Loralei, Rocco, Ella, Mary Alice, Sydney and Sami. Steve is also survived by his brothers, Charles Leland Harris (June) and James Richard Harris (Trinket); and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded by one son, Kip Ambrose Harris.
