The cold transition from fall to winter is warming up as the city of Marshall lights up the Christmas season with the installation of streetlight decorations throughout town.Traditionally, the ornamental displays are set up by Marshall Municipal Services, with the electrical work conducted by Marshall Municipal Utilities.
