Dean, “HUBCAP CLEM”, of Concordia, Mo. passed away the evening of July 4, 2023, at home with family by his side. He leaves his wife Betty, two sons, Leroy (Jenny) and Jerry (Debbie), five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Jeanne Sollazzo, many nieces and nephews; and, many, many friends throughout the United States. He spent 21.5 years in the USAF and retired as Master Sergeant and NCOIC of Titan II Missiles in Arkansas. He pastored over 40 years with Maxine (his wife of 54 years) at his side. Also, he played his hubcap banjo in Branson for 10 years during the Branson Festival.
 Services to be held in Seneca, Kan. at Lauer Funeral Home starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023. Visitation at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m.
