Patsy S. Jasper Hayes, 73, of Marshall, Mo., passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, in Bolivar, Mo.

Born May 8, 1949, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Bert Jasper and Leona Smith Jasper. She lived in Marshall most of her life and was a 1967 graduate of Marshall High School. On July 26, 1969, she married Roger Hayes, who survives of the home. She worked at the Marshall Habilitation Center, retiring after 22 years of service. After retirement, she worked alongside her husband in soil conservation. Patsy and Roger enjoyed traveling in their RV throughout the United States and Canada.

Survivors include her husband, Roger; her dog, Gabe; seven siblings, Shirley Allen (Ted) of Bolivar, Ellen Schulte of Ozark, Mo., Fern Fuemmeler (Bob)  and David Jasper of Sedalia, Mo., J.C. Jasper (Debbie)  and Carmen Phillips (Mike)  of Marshall and Greg Jasper (JoAnn) of Buffalo, Mo.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by one brother, Lee Roy Jasper.
