Tiffany and Kyle DeLashmutt, the owners of NAPA Auto Parts, celebrate the grand opening of their new store on Saturday, May 4, along with their family, the Marshall Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Amanda Linneman, Communications Director Natalia Ospino, and Northern County Commissioner Stephanie Gooden.
