Marshall Council approves city, MMU budgets; Paves the way for fall events

The Marshall City Council met Tuesday, Sept. 2. During the meeting, council members heard from several community members regarding the status of the proposed 100-house development project. Not much has been discussed about the project in recent months, and community members who spoke urged the council to support bringing the developer to Marshall in an effort for the city to have newer and more housing options available.
