Marshall High School senior Alexis Neff (front, middle) signed a letter of intent this week to play basketball at Missouri Valley College in Marshall. Neff averaged 11.1 points per game for the Lady Owls this past season. She hit 64 percent of her 187 free-throw attempts, had 116 pass deflections, 48 assists, 73 steals and 87 rebounds in 28 games.
