John R. Blow Jr. 90, of Columbia, Mo., died Aug. 4, at The Bluffs in Columbia. No services are planned at this time.

He is survived by his five children, Connie Blow of Columbia, Candace Hoey (Randy) of Marshall, Penny Williams (Francis) of Moore, Okla., Timothy Blow (Monique) of Olathe, Kan., and Felicity Buell (Claude) of Warrensburg; 17 grandchildren, including Jeffrey Hoey (Teresa) of Marshall, Rebecca Hoey of Marshall and Shawn Hoey (Shannon) of Marshall; nine great-grandchildren, including Jackson Hoey, Kate Hoey, Olivia Hoey and Haden Hoey, all of Marshall. He was preceded in death by his wife in 2014.
