Debbie Ann Cooper, 67, of Marshall, Mo., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Overland Park, Kansas. She born in Carrollton, Mo., on Dec. 7, 1955. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
