For the upcoming election in April, five candidates interested in being on the Marshall Public Schools Board of Education submitted their names for candidacy. There are a total of three seats, each for a three-year term. The following candidates will be on the ballot: 1. Amy Green, new candidate 2. Andrew Linsenbardt, new candidate 3. Carter Fawkes, new candidate 4. Jack Lenz, rerun candidate 5. Matt Smith, rerun candidate Prior to the election, there will be a “Meet the Candidates” event on Thursday, March 30. It will be held in the Bueker Middle School auditorium at 6 p.m.
