Owl hoops teams swept by Boonville
A long night of basketball at Marshall High School Tuesday ended with visiting Boonville sweeping the two varsity games. The Lady Owls dropped the opener 67-40, the Owl boys lost the nightcap 73-54.

LeBlond ends ‘Hounds’ season in state semifinal
Sweet Springs’ hopes of playing in its first state football title game in 37 years were dashed by the visiting Bishop LeBlond Golden Eagles Saturday. The Golden Eagles scored touchdowns on their first four possessions, led 30-14 at the break and won 44-22 in the 8man state semifinal round.
