MVC hoops teams suffer close losses to Park at home
Despite holding the lead late in both games, the Missouri Valley College basketball teams were swept by visiting Park University in a Heart of America Athletic Conference doubleheader in Marshall Wednesday.

MVC ESports team captures Call of Duty National title
The Missouri Valley College eSports Call of Duty: Vanguard team met Chadron State (Neb.) in the National championship final of the NACE Starleague Open Plus Division II Tournament Wednesday evening inside the Missouri Valley eSports Arena. The Vikings won the best-of-five series, 3-0, to capture the program’s first Call of Duty National championship.

Valley ousted from NAIA Men’s National Tournament
The Missouri Valley College men’s soccer team played in the quarterfinal round of the NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Thursday evening in Decatur, Ala, against Mobile (Ala.). The Vikings fell behind early, and lost by a final score of 3-1.
MVC basketball teams sweep Mount Mercy
The Missouri Valley College men’s and women’s basketball teams welcomed in Mount Mercy (Iowa) for a Heart of America Athletic Conference doubleheader Wednesday evening inside the Burns Athletic Complex. The Viking women’s basketball team came back from a deficit to earn a 72-71 victory. The men’s team led throughout, and pulled away in the second half for an 83-61 win.
