In similar fashion, the Missouri Valley College softball team swept a pair of Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) doubleheaders over the weekend. The Lady Vikings downed Culver-Stockton 32 and 10-2 in games played at the Lyon Bowl at Indian Foothills Park in Marshall Friday and beat Peru State 3-1 and 10-2 in games Saturday in Nebraska.
It was a rough weekend for the Missouri Valley College baseball team as it lost all four games of Heart of America Athletic Conference two doubleheaders played at Clarke. The Vikings lost 4-2 and 11-1 Friday and 13-0 and 17-5 Saturday.

MVC Athletics Missouri Valley College winter athletic teams have produced 24 Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athletes for the 2022-23 winter sports season spread across six separate programs. Leading the teams was women’s basketball, which finished the season with seven individuals recognized.
