A Marshall man has been charges with a sex crime involving a minor child in Saline County.According to a probable cause statement, on July 16, 2023, the Marshall Police Department was contacted via telephone in reference to messages between a minor child and Kristopher Hayes Evans,19, of Marshall.
Three Marshall residents are facing charges of Fraudulent Use Of Credit/Debit Device — a Class E felony, and Stealing - $750 Or More — a class D felony, after using an MFA Petro card belonging to Central Missouri Agri Services that was not authorized for personal use.According to a probable cause statement, Brittney Cheyenne Wade, Patrick Lewis Wade and Virginia Wade all allegedly made unauthorized purchases on an MFA Petro card in Marshall, Slater and Boonville between January 2023 and October 2023.The probable cause statement indicates the Wade’s used the card to fuel their vehicles, and those of their friends.
