The Marshall Police Department responded to the following calls Sept. 6-12, 2023: – Juvenile Report – Truancy – Warrant arrest – Ira Hackett – Probation and Parole Violation – original charge Burglary – Juvenile Report – Endangering a child and sexual assault – Warrant Arrest – Kenneth Fridley – Probation and Parole warrant – Non-Injury Accident – Recovered bicycle – Fraudulent use of credit device and trespassing – Non-Injury Accident – Juvenile Report – Runaway – located and returned to parents – Warrant Arrest – Timothy Richardson was arrested for failing to appear on the original charge of failing to register a motor vehicle. City Warrant – $100 bond – Warrant arrest – Teresa Gifford was arrested for municipal warrants for traffic violations – Warrant arrest – Bradley Scott Bryant – arrested on Vernon County warrant for non-moving traffic violation $10 bond cash only – moving traffic violation – $100 bond cash only.

The Marshall Police Department responded to the following calls Aug. 20-22, 2023: – Traffic Stop – Fail to stop – Domestic Assault – subject slapped another subject on the arm when they would not let them go to Oklahoma to pick up a sister and withheld their driver’s license.

The Marshall Police Department responded to the following calls Aug. 14-19, 2023: – Recovered stolen vehicle from Livingston County, Mo. At 12:51 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, the owner of a stolen vehicle contacted MPD to report it may have been located at Walmart. She stated it was taken from her residence in Hale Thursday evening, and she checked the “Find My Device” application and observed her air pods were located at the retailer. Officers searched the parking lot and located a vehicle that matched the description and a check of the license plate came back to the reporting party. They observed a key ring with air pods on the passenger seat.
