What would you say are the best employee perks in your workplace?

I am sure that everyone who is reading this has called some business like a restaurant, doctor’s office, grocery store, lawyer’s office, government office, and so on and got an answering machine that many times sent you to another answering machine and so on and sometimes even put’s you on hold and I don’t know about you but I’ve even had them hang up on me.
