Representatives with Marshall DAR promote 235th anniversary of the drafting of the U.S. Constitution

In observance across the United States, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution hopes Americans will reflect on the drafting of the Constitution. According to the national press release, “The DAR initiated the observance in 1955, when service organization petitioned the U.S. Congress to dedicate Sept. 17-23 of each year to the commemoration of Constitution Week.”
