Competing against swimmers from 12 other schools, the season came to an end for the Marshall Owls last week at the Independent League championships at Belton High School last week.Marshall finished 11th in the final team standings with 69 points, but that didn’t tell the whole story. It was all about improving on times in individual events and relays, and some of them did just that. The 400-yard relay team placed sixth overall in a new PR (personal-record) time of 4 minutes, 12.62 seconds.
