During a meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 13, the Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Public Works heard a presentation from Marshall Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Rachel Hayworth and Vice President Lauren Reyes about a project to replace the city’s Christmas pole lights.
