Newly elected board member Brandon Terrill, along with incumbents Tedd Wiseman, Mike Schure and Lexsi Dowell were sworn in Monday, April 21, during a Slater School District Board of Education meeting.
On Thursday, April 24, SCCC DECA received a generous donation from Wood & Huston Bank. The donation of $2,000 will help support and sustain chapter funding and help to send those who qualified for international competition in April.

A mail carrier in France built a palace in the 19th century. In 1879, Fredinand Cheval tripped over a stone during his route that began the project. He was 43 years old at the time and spent 33 years collecting rocks and building “Le Palais Ideal.” The palace is located in southeastern France and is still visited today.
