In an effort to increase capabilities as well as make the lab draw experience more patient-friendly, Fitzgibbon Hospital has embarked on a remodel project for its lab that has now entered phase 2. The first phase created a new draw area near a high traffic location that allows lab personnel to greet patients at a window closer to registration. This also allows for staff to assist patients or visitors who may be seeking directions to find their destination within the hospital.
