December 20, 1943 – April 30, 2023 Leona Marie Shackelford, 79, of Pilot Grove passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 30, 2023, at her home. Leona will be laid to rest next to her husband, Herbert, in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall, Mo., on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
June 27, 1921 – April 20, 2023 Mary Eleanor (Warford) DuBois passed away on Thursday April 20, 2023, at the age of 101. Her husband, Dr. H. L. (Hugh) DuBois, and her son, Tom DuBois, preceded her in death.
January 5, 1948 – April 23, 2023 Gary W. Marsh passed away peacefully at his sister’s home in Glendale, Ariz., on Sunday, April 23, 2023. Gary was born in Independence, Mo., on Jan. 5, 1948, the son of James Albert and Dorothy Jean (Adams) Marsh. A graduate of William Chrisman High School, (Class of 1966), he went on to attend Central Missouri State University, receiving his Bachelors of Science degree with emphasis in Interior Design, in 1970. Gary was a member of the Episcopalian Church.
