Deadline for a Missouri Corn Scholarship approaching

JEFFERSON CITY — The deadline is approaching for Missouri agricul‐ture students interested in applying for a 2023 Missouri Corn Scholar‐ship. High school and college stu‐dents pursuing a career in agronomy or other agriculture‐related field must submit the necessary forms no later than Feb. 10 to be eligible for one of seven $1,000 scholarships sponsored by the Missouri Corn Growers Association and the Mis‐souri Corn Merchandising Council.

Google and Missouri FFA Foundation partner to enhance tech in agricultural education classrooms

JEFFERSON CITY — Google is making a $50,000 donation to the Missouri FFA Foundation in support of their Learning by Doing Classroom grants program. The Missouri FFA Foundation plans to utilize the funds over the course of four years to sup‐port the updating or purchase of new technology in 40 agriculture educa‐tion classrooms across the state.
