‘Living a healthy life’ course to be offered online
Care Connection for Aging Services is accepting enrollment for a free, online, six-week program to help older adults learn to live well with chronic ailments. The “Living a Healthy Life” course will take place at 1:30 p.m.
Registration still open for new class to control blood pressure
Registration is still open to adults 60 and older for a free online course titled “Health Coaches for Hypertension Control.” Care Connection for Aging Services is offering the course to address the issue of high blood pressure, which affect nearly half of all American adults.
