Tyne Morgan to speak at Santa Fe Agri-Leaders annual meeting

Santa Fe Agri-Leaders President David Lueck has announced that the annual meeting of the Santa Fe Agri-Leaders has been rescheduled for Monday, March 3. The previously scheduled meeting had been cancelled due to inclement weather. The meeting will be held in the Santa Fe High School Commons with registration starting at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Keynote speaker will be Tyne Morgan, national reporter for Ag Day, U.S. Farm Report and AgTalk. Tyne is a native of Lexington, Mo. and a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia with a major in journalism. She has worked for KMZU and the Brownfield network and is a past Missouri State Fair Queen.

Among her other duties, Tyne anchors the news on Farm Report. She has recently traveled to Colombia and Panama with the United Soybean Board to cover agriculture abroad. Tyne brings a fresh outlook and a passion for agriculture to TV and published media including AgWeb.com, Farm Journal magazine, and Top Producer magazine.

A short business meeting of the Santa Fe Agri-Leaders will follow Ms. Morgan's presentation.

The Santa Fe Agri-Leaders are an adult agriculture education group whose mission is Moving Agriculture Forward.
