Marshall man arrested after Tuesday crash
A single-vehicle crash Tuesday resulted in minor injuries and a driving while intoxicated charge for a Marshall man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that at about 6:50 p.m. 23-year-old Roger W. Bryan was driving northbound on County Road 103. When his 1994 Chrysler traveled off the right side of the roadway, Bryan overcorrected, the Highway Patrol stated, and went back across the roadway, striking a ditch.
Bryan refused treatment at the scene. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, failure to wear a seat belt, driving while revoked and failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance.
