Extension services not affected by reorganization

NEWSCOPE: Animal shelter reduces adoption fees

Thinking of adopting a cat? Now through Oct. 31, the Marshall Animal Shelter has trimmed adoption fees by 50 percent for cats that have already been spayed or neutered. The adoption fee is now $35 rather than $75. The shelter is currently caring for more than 40 cats, and potential adopters are welcome to come play with them to find a good fit for their home...
