Marshall Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its sixth annual Doggie Plunge from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, at the Marshall Aquatics Center at Indian Foothills Park. City of Marshall reviews preliminary budget

The city of Marshall has been outlining a prospective budget for the next fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1, and the summary presented Tuesday evening reflected a possible deficit of more than $570,000.
