Two-dozen pictures of pit bull look-a-likes hung on a board at Slater City Hall. Each dog carried the coloring or stereotypical markings of the animal, but only one tested DNA positive for pit bull blood. Carroll County man faces additional felony charges in rape case

Carrollton's Theopolis Johnson II has incurred a second charge of statutory rape on Jan. 18 as well as a class D felony of attempted escape on Dec. 24, 2011. The new statutory rape charge stems from an incident occurring between May 15 - June 15, 2011 according to a press release from the Prosecuting Attorney of Carroll County, Cassandra Brown. If convicted, Johnson could serve five years to life in prison for each charge...
