Arrest warrant issued for Hockaday

An arrest warrant with a cash-only bond of $5,000 was issued Wednesday, May 19, for Vernon M. Hockaday, 55, of Marshall. Hockaday, who is charged as a prior and persistent offender with class D felony driving while revoked or suspended, has a number of previous convictions for the same crime.
