Slater man arrested on suspicion of property damage

A Slater man was taken into custody by Saline County Sheriff's deputies Oct. 19, following a report he had broken the windows of a car belonging to another Slater resident in early October. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial was in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association. McDonnough, 22, of Marshall, who was charged Monday, Nov. 16, with class B felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
