John D. Muntean, 24, of Sedalia, pleaded guilty Wednesday, Feb. 18, in Judge James T. "Tut" Bellamy's Division 6 courtroom to misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer, driving while intoxicated and driving with no insurance. In exchange for the guilty pleas, Bellamy sentenced Muntean to 10 days in jail on the assault charge, fines and court costs of $841 on the DWI and two days on the charge of driving with no insurance. ...
