I just don't get it. Why do we have laws -- passed by the legislature or by the people of any given county, state or nation -- if the courts are going to continue to be allowed to overturn such laws? Several years ago the good people of the sovereign state of Colorado passed a law making abortion illegal in their state. A short time later, judges "tossed down" the law, stating that it was unconstitutional. We've seen the same thing in the past in many states around the nation...
