The Saline County Commission opened bids Wednesday morning for a pair of vehicles, a 2004 extended cab diesel pickup truck and a road groomer for the county highway department. A bid was received from Ted's Auto in the amount of $27,300 for the purchase of the pickup truck, which has 13,578 miles on its odometer.
