I am absolutely thrilled to be opening a new Congressional office in Higginsville. And I hope you will take the opportunity to come by and see it, visit, and talk to me about your concerns. I am having an Open House on September 4th -- and please consider this your personal invitation. I must warn you, though, the office is still 'under construction' and won't be fully operational until the end of September. I wanted to go ahead and get started though, as I am anxious to have a physical presence in the new areas of Missouri's Fifth Congressional District.

The office will be staffed on a full-time basis by Rural Policy Coordinator, Kyle Wilkens. He will be there to serve constituents in any and all ways possible. From attending meetings and asking for input from you, to helping with local issues and addressing federal assistance, Kyle's focus is communication with area residents.
My goal in opening this office is to make sure I am serving the residents of Ray, Lafayette, and Saline Counties to the best of my ability. And I think having an office that is geographically close, with a staffer devoted to just those areas, is a positive step in meeting that objective. I hope this new office is one you will feel free to visit often. The office number is 660-584-7373 and the fax number is 660-584-7227. Please add these numbers to your contact list, but keep in mind they won't be operational until the end of September.
