James ‘Scott’ Glenn
James “Scott” Glenn, 59, of Keytesville, Mo., formerly of Marshall, died Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at his home.
Memorial services will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall, with the Rev. William Voelker officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at the church. Memorial donations are suggested to Center for Human Services (formerly Cooperative Workshop Inc.) 1500 Ewing Dr., Sedalia, MO 65301 in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Born June 11, 1960, in Kansas City, Mo., Scott was the son of the late William Glenn, Mary M. Grapperhaus Pannell and stepfather Leonard “Bud” Pannell. He was a 1978 graduate of Marshall High School and attended University of Central Missouri.
Survivors include two brothers, Chris Pannell (Kim) of Lee’s Summit and Billy Glenn of Marshall; one sister, Vivianne Glenn-Hough (Gary) of Blue Springs; two uncles, Francis Grapperhaus of Keytesville and Bob Glenn (Shirley) of Wakarusa, Ind.; close first cousin, Lisa Leimkuehler Wood (Jim) of Blue Springs; many other loved cousins; and six nephews and nieces.
“Big Brother Scotty” loved Billy, was his hero and visited him often. Scott was a computer technician, and his hobbies included everything related to computers and technology. He was an avid football fan and Beatles aficionado.
