Hibachi food truck joins Marshall Chamber

Larry Rey Gafriel, owner of Kazoku, cuts the ceremonial ribbon at a Marshall Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting event Thursday, May 3. The Kazokku Teppanyaki Hibachi Express food truck opened in Marshall on Wednesday, April 18, and became a chamber member business. Gafriel said itís important in his culture to ensure all of the dishes are consistent and that customers are getting what they expect. This is Gafrielís fourth food truck, with three others located in Oklahoma. Kazoku is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week and is currently located in the parking lot of the old Pattyís Hav-a-Snak building at the intersection of Eastwood Street and Jefferson Avenue.
