Compared to last week, feeders traded with a lower undertone as the futures market continues to slide with significant losses since last week. Most of the offering was backgrounded yearlings and several of the consignments had been hard pushed with corn and were carrying plenty of flesh. The feeder offering included 71 percent steers and bulls and 29 percent heifers with 78 percent over 600 lbs.
