Marjorie L. Repp
Marjorie L. Repp, 93, of rural Napton, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, at Big Bend Retreat in Slater.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Ridge Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Scott Repp, Zach Stith, Shannon Murray, Andy Cofer, Peyton Brown, Lance Brown, Jerrad King, and Chad Wilkins. Born Oct. 30, 1923, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Grimes L. French and Catharine Townsend French. Marjorie lived in the Napton area her entire life and was a graduate of Marshall High School and attended University of Missouri-Columbia. On March 8, 1946, she married George P. Repp, who preceded her in death on May 24, 2005. Marjorie was a homemaker for her family, member of Hardeman Presbyterian Church, and a member of Patsy Gregg Chapter of D.A.R.
Survivors include one son, James L. Repp and wife Susan of rural Napton; two daughters, Elizabeth Jane Stith and husband Steve of Richmond, and Nancy Ann Brown and husband George of rural Marshall; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, Catharine Susan Repp; and one brother, John L. French.
