Directly after the Sheep Show, several llamas were featured in Saline County Fairís Miscellaneous Animal Show.

The llamas, exhibited by siblings Vivian, Simeon and Lilian Buie, ranged in age from 4 years old to 6 months.

Llamas have an average weight of 250 pounds, according to information from National Geographic, although they have been estimated to weigh up to 400 pounds. The South American camelid is a domesticated animal that has traditionally been used as a pack animal and sometimes bred for its meat.
