No comparisons could be made to the part load and load lots of yearlings that made up most of the feeders this week. Futures continue to trend lower. Demand was moderate with a moderate supply. The feeder offering was made up of near 78 percent steers and bulls, 22 percent heifers with 80 percent over 600 lbs. Cows and bulls totaled 10 percent of the offering. Slaughter cows sold 1.00-2.00 higher.
