Receipts: 461 Week Ago: 433 Year Ago: 780

Compared to last week, steer calves sold 3.00-4.00 higher and heifer calves sold 3.00 to 8.00 higher, no recent comparable sales of cattle over 600 lbs. Higher fed cattle sales, along with a

slightly bullish cattle on feed report giving the market a little boost. Demand was moderate with a moderate supply. The run of feeders included near 57 percent steers and bulls, 43 percent

heifers and 27 percent over 600 lbs. Cows and bulls totaled 13 percent of the offering. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 133.50-144.00; 500-600 lbs 125.00-133.50; 600-650 lbs calves 120.50-124.25, 650-700 lbs 120.00-122.00; pkg 815 lbs 120.25. Large 1 pkg 490 lbs 130.50; pkg 598 lbs 127.50; lot 668 lbs 123.50.

Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 350-400 lbs 126.00-130.00; 400-500 lbs 115.00-126.00; 500-600 lbs 110.75-116.00; 600-650 lbs calves 98.50-103.00, pkg 666 lbs 110.00. Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 114.00-122.00; 500-600 lbs 106.00-112.00; pkg 608 lbs 109.00,
