Letter to the Editor

Wednesday, July 20, 2016

Dear editor,

Due to the recent bad weather this week, two huge trees were blown down in the 400 block of North Street. The good news, no one was hurt and the trees missed the houses. As you could imagine, it was going to be a job to clean up the street. It took a little over one day.

The neighborhood residents, I am sure join me in saying, we appreciate the speedy job our city street department did removing the trees. An estate auction had been planned in the neighborhood this week, and all debris had been cleared for those attending the property auction held Friday.

It was a job well done.
