Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 12/14/2015
 
Receipts:  379    Week Ago:  1007    Year Ago:  500

   Compared to last week, too few comparable sales for an accurate
market test, however there was a weak undertone noted on both steers 
and heifers. Supply light. Demand moderate. Steers and bulls were 69 
percent of the feeder offering and heifers 31 percent, 36 percent of 
the offering over 600 lbs. 13 percent slaughter cows and bulls. 
Slaughter cows were 3.00 to 5.00 lower.  
   
   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 360 lbs 210.00; 400-500 lbs 
177.00-190.00; 500-600 lbs 147.50-160.00; 600-700 lbs 138.00-152.50; pkg 
784 lbs 132.75. Medium and Large 1-2  pkg 444 lbs 168.00. Large 1 lot 746 
lbs 137.00. 

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  400-500 lbs 164.50-180.00; 500-600 
lbs 126.00-143.00; 600-700 lbs 124.00-131.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  300-
400 lbs 151.00-169.00; 400-500 lbs 147.00-159.00; 500-600 lbs 132.00-

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 346 lbs 215.00; 400-500 lbs
