   A standing room only crowd was on hand for this month’s Special Cow 
Sale. The demand for bred cows and cow-calf pairs was moderate. Thursday 
night’s offering had many high quality replacement cows.


   Bred Cows:  Medium and Large 1 1 1/2 yrs to 3 yrs 1000-1325 lbs 2nd to 
3rd stage 1925.00-2375.00 per head. Medium and Large 1-2 2 yrs to short
and solid 925-1525 lbs 2nd to 3rd stage 1200.00-1850.00; Short and solid
to broken mouth 1st to 3rd stage 950-1400 lbs 875.00-1325.00 per head.
 

   Cow/Calf Pairs:  Medium and Large 1 Few 2 to 5 yrs 1000-1300 lbs with 
100 to 350 lb calves by side 2175.00-2700.00 per pair. Medium and Large 
1-2 Few 4 yrs to broken mouth 1050-1550 lbs with baby to 250 lb calves 
925.00-1750.00 per pair. 

   Breeding Bulls: Medium and Large 1 Few 1 1/2-3 yrs 1175-1525 lbs 
1850.00-2800.00; Medium and Large 1-2 Few 1 1/2-4 yrs 750-1500 lbs 
900.00-1700.00 per head.
