Santa-Fe Agri leaders hosts annual golf classic
The Santa Fe Agri-Leaders hosted their annual golf classic at the Indian Foothills Golf Course in Marshall, last Friday. There was a great turn out with a total of 12 teams.These teams endured the heat to help promote an organization dedicated to promoting youth in agriculture and moving agriculture forward. Money raised through the tournament and silent auction will help aid the Agri-Leaders scholarship so that youth in agriculture may continue their education. This year their were 4 slots paid out. The first place winners in the champion division were Paul Malter, Tony Willis and Jim McCartney. Second place in the championship division went to Leabo Oil, and team members Greg Leabo, Roger Leabo and John Segovia. First place in the A group went to Full Throttle members including Aaron Brandt, Scott Gard and Jeremy Sayre; second place went to MFA team number one members Nelson Guier, Matthew Beumer and Kevin Stoll. The Santa Fe Agri-leaders are very appreciative of all who participated and all who help sponsor the golf tournament.
