Receipts:  233    Week Ago:  365    Year Ago:  484

   Too light of a test on feeders and slaughter cows.  Supply light.  Demand
moderate.  Cows and bulls were 15 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply,
steers and bulls were 61 percent of the run; heifers 39 percent.  Near 30
percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder steers:  Medium and large 1  345 lbs 291.00; 400-500 lbs 280.00-
294.00; 500-600 lbs 248.00-290.00; 650 lbs 239.00; 700-750 lbs 227.00-230.00.
Medium and Large 1-2  400-500 lbs 252.00-280.00; 520-550 lbs 252.00-258.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  398-500 lbs 256.00-260.00; 500-500 lbs
233.00-241.00; 600-650 lbs 214.00-215.50.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs
244.00-260.00; 400-500 lbs 235.00-260.00; 500-550 lbs 232.00-236.00; 640 lbs
