Cattle Auction Report for 07/06/2015

Receipts: 178 Week Ago: 1041 Year Ago: 332

Compared to last week, feeders not well tested on a light run. Supply

light. Demand moderate. Cows and bulls were 21 percent of receipts. In the

feeder supply, steers and bulls were 64 percent of the run; heifers 36 percent.

Near 33 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows traded steady

to 2.00 higher.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 375-380 lbs 296.00-309.00; 425 lbs

290.00; 600-650 lbs 240.00-244.00. Medium and Large 1-2 495 lbs 255.00; 500-

600 lbs 240.00-262.00; 600-700 lbs 218.00-238.00; 700-750 lbs 210.00-218.00.

Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 450-500 lbs 255.25-262.50; 500-550 lbs

247.00-255.00; 600-700 lbs 206.00-220.00. Medium and Large 1-2 460 lbs 252.00-

261.50; 530-535 lbs 244.00-246.50.

Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 266.00-298.00; 650-655 lbs
